You will be charged all fees without any surcharges. In addition, you will only receive a single invoice on which take-off and landing fees, all other airport charges, the terminal charge and additionally booked services are noted.

Cancellation Deadline:
» 24 to 12 hours before the VIP support event: 50% of the order value
» 24 bis 12 Stunden vor dem VIP-Support-Event: 50% des Bestellwertsts

For VIP customers who do not show up for the booked and bindingly confirmed service event by VIP Services
(no-show), the client will be charged 100% of the order value.
